Brand identity design for Vietnamese brands

A logo is the smallest part of the job. We build the system a team actually uses on Monday: the mark and how it is constructed, the palette with real contrast rules, type that survives Vietnamese diacritics, a pattern language, and the guidelines that stop the whole thing drifting six months in. Naming and positioning when the brand does not have them yet. Nothing here is decoration.

QUESTIONS

How long does a brand identity project take?
Eight to fourteen weeks for a full system — naming and positioning add three to four weeks. A logo refresh on an existing system can land in four.
Do you work with Vietnamese and English brand names?
Yes. Every type system we ship is tested with full Vietnamese diacritics, because a font that breaks on “Ơ” or “ữ” is not usable here no matter how it looks in English.
What do we get at the end?
Working files, print-ready assets and guidelines written for the people who will use them daily — marketing, agency partners and printers — not a 200-page book nobody opens.
