What we collect
When you send the contact form or the full brief, we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone number if you give one, and the answers in the brief. Nothing else is collected from those forms — there is no hidden field.
When you browse, our analytics receive standard web data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from IP (city level), device and browser. Microsoft Clarity also records anonymised session replays — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks — so we can see where a page confuses people.

Why we collect it
Form data is used for exactly one thing: replying to you and, if we work together, running the project. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Analytics data is used to fix the site — which case studies get read, where people stop scrolling, which pages load slowly on mobile.

Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email and does not retain the content. Analytics run on Google (GTM and GA4) and Microsoft (Clarity). Each of those companies processes data under its own terms; we do not give any of them your form answers.
Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages, which sees request logs (IP, user agent) as part of serving the site.

Cookies and consent
We set no cookies of our own. Analytics may set cookies through Google Consent Mode, which starts in DENIED state for advertising and analytics storage. Blocking cookies in your browser does not break anything on this site — every page works without them.

How long we keep it
Project enquiries stay in our email as long as the working relationship is live, and are deleted on request. Analytics data follows the retention set in each platform (currently 14 months for GA4, 30 days for Clarity session recordings).

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to phong@bfs.asia and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Vietnam, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP gives you equivalent access and deletion rights.
