Three projects in genetics, eye care and pharmacy retail. Healthcare work carries a constraint the other categories do not: every claim has to survive legal review, and the audience is often anxious before they even read the headline. So we design for calm and precision — clear hierarchy, honest imagery, no borrowed medical drama — and keep the emotional register human without overpromising anything.

- How does legal review change the process?
- We agree what can be claimed before anything is drawn. Copy goes through legal before the key visual, which is slower at the start and much faster at the end.
- Do you work in Vietnamese and English?
- Yes. Vietnamese runs longer and diacritics need vertical room, so headline space is laid out for both languages from the first layout.
