THE BRIEF
Four internal pieces for Manulife’s agency force, made over two years: a leadership training brochure, an illustrated career-path map, a recognition template system and the 2026 Lunar New Year calendar. Internal communication usually reads as HR paperwork; this had to read as something an adviser would keep.
WHAT WE DID
We drew the career as a place. The path from financial adviser to senior vice president became an island with eleven milestones, so a ladder that is normally a table becomes somewhere you can see yourself standing. The recognition system was then built as templates rather than one-offs — five ranks, one stage — and the Tết calendar took the same optimism outdoors, twelve months, twelve ways to stay well.
OUTCOME
Internal communications delivered across four streams: career-path map, training brochures, recognition templates and a Tết 2026 calendar set.
